    Went in to ask questions about switching over from Verizon. Sales person jay said they would pay off our Verizon phones. It cost 500 dollars to do so we had two phones. She said it would cost me 200 dollars a month plus taxes and fees. At the end she tried selling us cases and screen protectors and chargers. We said no thanks we can get them cheaper. Then tried selling us a free speaker. We said no. Sales manager chad came over and they both told us we have credit to get them and it wouldn’t cost us. So I asked them wow you gonna pay off my phones and I get credit for accessories and they said yes. I picked out a case and chargers for our phones. Chad says you have more to spend. I asked to get a store gift card with credit on it. He said no I had to spend it that day. So we picked out chargers and cases for my daughters. We left that day spending 50 dollars and were happy. I asked over 10 times what’s the catch cause it seemed to good to be true. Jay said nothing and smiled. She was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Well 24 days later I get my gift cards to pay off my Verizon bill. Instead of being 500 it was 180. My bill isn’t 200 it’s 275. So I go back to store and question it and chad wouldn’t let me speak to jay and they went in back came back out and said it’s past 14 days and I signed contract and he can’t help me. He claims he went in back and called manager Alyssa means and she also said sorry it’s past 14 days I can’t return any thing. They accessories they sold me all came off the money they were using to pay off old bill. They had me sign under false pretenses and lies and now cause it’s 10 days past 14 days I can’t do anything. Now I owe Verizon 320 dollars more and them 275 so it has cost me 600 dollars. Bottom line they are all liars and will say lies to get you in and then don’t care about customer service. I asked to return accessories since they lied and he said no. I was with Verizon for 10 years had no problems and within one month had only problems and lies. Calling district manager tomorrow to see if someone in company will help. Is company bad or just niles Ohio store.
